Toyota rav4 not starting no crank.

The battery, alternator, starter, start relay, ignition and all fuses or relays are all fine and work. When I turn the key all the electronics work but it doesn't crank or even make a sound.2. I don't have any codes. 3. I verified spark at the end of all the plugs wires. As well as the rotor turns during cranking. 4. I can smell fuel from the exhaust after cranking for a solid 5 second count. 5. Verified fuel pump works with ignition ON and moving the AFM door slightly OPEN.No CEL means not power to ECM. Check the fuses again. If the CEL is on while cranking, get a manual, and find the part for testing the crank sensor and the cam sensor, the two most likely items that will cost not spark. N.E.O.
