TX. May 24, 2017. #1. Model Number. 106.58023800. So I have a Kenmore 106.58023800. The ice would not dispense so I checked the auger and it would not turn so I ordered a new one. When putting in the new one it will also not turn so it must be the wiring or something else but not sure how to trouble shoot it.As a result, ice may build up in the ice bucket and chute but will not be able to advance forward to the dispenser.
