Cleaned the tank, new filter in the tank, soaked the carb for a few days, blew everything out and it fired right up. I've got the idle set but when I rev it up it stumbles at the bottom end and pops when you let off. (Not shown in your diagram because it's covered with a brass plug to prevent tampering.) You'd have to pull the plug to adjust it.
